Traditional English Tea Room at the Foot of the South Downs

We hope you will enjoy the friendly atmosphere in our quaint traditional tea room where quality and high standards come together.

The historic building is a restored grade II barn which retains many interesting original features. A wood burning stove and pretty courtyard make it a place to visit come rain or shine.

Clotted cream teas are a favourite and we proudly purchase ingredients from local producers to home bake everything on our menu from scones, tea breads, tea cakes and other toasted treats to our tempting selection of cakes and biscuits. We have a range of loose leaf teas and coffee that is roasted locally for us.

As we believe in everyone’s right to a good cup of tea we have baby changing facilities, level access and cycle racks. We also welcome muddy boots and well behaved dogs!
